Welcome, Friends!  This is the first blog post introducing the art that comes from my love and passion for painting in both watercolor and acrylic mediums.  With a paintbrush or pen in hand, I am inspired to create from what I see and experience.  Each day as I learn that life is a choice to compose and create with whatever comes our way, I find inspiration to peace myself together in nature’s examples of embracing the chaos of life.  Living in a house in the woods brings daily sources of inspiration with every seasonal change.  How close and personal each plant and animal becomes as I share their habitat. Our closest and most neighborly neighbors are families of deer munching on our hostas all summer long and frolicking about daily.

Thank you for coming to see what I’ve been up to with my paints and pencils and pens. I hope you’ll enjoy visiting my website and returning often as I keep painting and posting new adventures in watercolor and acrylic.  When you see a piece that you would like to look at more, I invite you to make use of the Fine Art America options for my art to be affordable and copied for more functional options in your home besides wall art.
